Refund Policy – The Basics
Our Refund Policy defines how we handle product returns and refunds to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.
We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective (see below).
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost, along with a free prepaid return label.
Please note:

“Defective” means the item itself has a factory defect or manufacturing issue.

Issues caused by shipping damage, user modification, or wear and tear are not considered defects.
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
