Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. If an item is out of stock or delayed, we’ll contact you right away with an update.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
All orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

Packaging & Handling

Miniatures and model kits are handled with care to prevent damage during transit. We use protective packing materials and sturdy boxes to keep your items safe.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check your order status anytime using your tracking link.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated time, please contact us at support@ironbastionhobbies.com within 7 days. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only, but we plan to expand to international customers in the future.
